“Rubbish. Tree not as expected. The imitation snow frosting was loose and falling off the tree. The box was full of the crystals and moving the tree only made it worse.
Sadly very disappointed as even the branches appeared very sparse so full tree effect very unlikely.”
“Customer IT department absolutly terrible. I had ordered 20m of string of lights that came in 3 sections. 2 sections work but very dull that you could hardly see them working, when I joined them together they didn't work at all. I tried to return them but this was very difficult and confusing, but redirected me to the IT department. After sending videos and photo's on the 3rd correspondance said have I pluged them together properly, "sorry but when you have a male and female connection" you can't connect them any other way??? I felt like they was talking to me like a child. I just gave up and wont be buying string lights of them again,”
“They are of extremely poor quality and are the cheapest looking baubles I have seen in recent years. I have returned them.
Postage for delivery and return was almost 50% of the total cost, I won't be using this company again. However, they were so cheap and nasty that I felt they must definitely go back!

“I would love to review this item but I never received it. It was delivered to the wrong address and no one will take responsibility for this. WeRChristmas will only refund me if I report it to the police which I feel is just a little bit extreme ..would never buy from them again.”
“Customer service is awful. I received two terrible quality garlands that were falling apart and wanted to return them. It was costing me £8.90 to do so. I stayed they were faulty but customer service did not agree. I left a review on trust pilot and finally got a label to send them back. The service and standards have severely dropped and won't use them again despite being a regular customer.”
