“Normally I cannot fault your service. On this occasion however items were inadequately packaged and just put in a plastic posting bag which resulted in 2 baubles being dented on arrival.and only good for the bin. THE OTHER BAUBLES I ORDER5D CAME In extra outer cardboard box and arrived no damage”

“Wasn’t what I thought they were going to be , the transformer needs to be inside so not very good for me- thought they were stand alone solar lights with just a battery, they’re not. I’ve previously had ones that are but not from this company .”

“Good company with a large selection of decorations and fast delivery, but failed to respond to an email when a problem arose luckily we solved the problem ourselves by replacing a power adapter so we could use the light decoration for Christmas,but with it being an electrical item some safety advice would have been appreciated and the adapter replaced. Stars lost for no customer service.”
