“I ordered these shatterproof baubles to put away ready for my outdoor tree next year . Prompt delivery but unfortunately a couple of them were cracked so not sure they are shatterproof!”

“These are lovely lights when lit up, however the cable is very short. Also, if you want to use the USB end to power it you need a USB plug adapter as it doesn't come with one in the box. Bear in mind - the cable may not reach far enough to the socket or extension lead where you need to plug it in anyway (if using the power point).
I don't like using batteries as they never last that long, and the cable didn't reach far enough so I couldn't use the USB alternative.
I had to send them back.”

tried phoning got no reply had to send email asking for refund on delivery which I received. Tree looks fantastic very pleased with it”
“This is what I was after especially with the amount of space between each tree, however the quality of the trees sn't up to much. It looks like someone has wrapped the lights round the trees before spreading them out and when I went to fluff them up some of the branches were tied down with the wire so had to price them away. a couple of the branches came away too but on a good note the light is pretty good.”
“The tree is good. The patterns are good but could be better. The timer doesn't work properly. When I set the 8 hour timer it turns the tree off after 8 hours but it doesn't turn back on so I can't use the built-in time as a recurring timer. I have had to put it on a time clock. Mode 1 button has different patterns, but mode 2 only has one pattern only so I can't see the point of the button. I have had to put guy ropes from the top as it's very unstable in strong wind. Also if I set a pattern on a certain speed. When I turn the tree off and back on it reverts back to full fast speed flashing even though the instructions say it has a memory to remember the last pattern and speed. Maybe mine has a faulty controller, but I can't fully tell. Like I say it's nice, but could be better. Still glad I purchased it.”
“Very nice tree. It would’ve been nice however, if it came with the red bag for storage like all the other trees I’ve bought from your company. Just hoping that this is a mishap in the packing at your end we’ll have to wait and see.”
