“Good company with a large selection of decorations and fast delivery, but failed to respond to an email when a problem arose luckily we solved the problem ourselves by replacing a power adapter so we could use the light decoration for Christmas,but with it being an electrical item some safety advice would have been appreciated and the adapter replaced. Stars lost for no customer service.”

“Very fast delivery but they had an inaccurate product description for the pre-lit tree I have bought. The 8 light modes could not be choose. The lights just blinking in a sequence of the 8 mode very fast.”
“Purchasing and delivery were good, but disappointed about the Christmas tree itself (5ft pre lit Edwardian Spruce Multi-Function). Husband and I put the sections together, and as per instructions fanned out the branches. On looking at it once I'd decorated it, I thought, this tree is more open than what is shown on the website. Thought then that I had been sent the wrong tree. So, it does look okay, but don't know why it's not like the picture you show on website.”
