“Ordered cluster lights in after Christmas sales arrived about the right date but no transformer rechecked my order etc and ok being done transformers are extra ok tried to order one guess what no transformers in stok and they don’t know if they will be having any more in”
“So, up until today I would not have given WeRchristmas any stars! I ordered my 8ft pre-lit Balsam fir Christmas tree on 6th December and received it today! For communication, I give zero stars! I tried like everyone else to call and email. I turned to cancel, I asked for a refund and I opened a dispute with PayPal. Still nothing! ... all of a sudden I was notified that it had shipped but couldn’t track it. SO frustrating! ... today my tree arrived! ... my 3 star rating is for the tree, and the tree only. It really is fantastic. I assembled it to check the quality and that it actually was pre-lit. All in all, I really would not recommend WeRchristmas purely for their poor customer service. I would however, recommend their products. I hope they can learn from these dreadful reviews. Communication is key and is the only sure way of keeping customers happy. I wish the business success for the future and really hope they learn from their mistakes.”
“I ordered a slim pre lit frosty tree and when it arrived the lights on the top part of the tree didn’t work. I have sent 18 emails and countless calls to request a returns label to get a refund but I have been ignored and still have a faulty Xmas tree that cost me £65 not happy with this company no customer service at all”
