“We bought the 6 foot pre-lit tree very disappointed. Looked great on line once assembled what a sad looking tree it was. We kept it and it's standing on a storage box back of sofa which I must be honest looks exceptable. Our unlit tree of at least 48 years now takes pride of place in centre of lounge. Have now no plans to replace it in the future. We do now have two trees in lounge.”

“Saw thus online and loved it, it was delivered and was in a tiny box, when I got it out all of the silver balls were scratched and the silver was black all over, I did get 20% off but I wouldn't order one as no packaging and expensive for what came”

“The purchase of our new Christmas tree was seamless online. However when the item was delivered, it basically looked like it had been dropped from a multi-storey building. The box is very badly damaged and as such we strugged to get it into the house. No assistance whatsoever from the delivery drivers either. We have not yet checked the item but have photographed the box and will report back if the tree is damaged in any way once we have it out of the box”
