“The santa on bike was wired incorrectly.
Obviously you revieved my emails as you replied.. by saying we would have to repack and resend. At the nearest.post office etc. Before you would resend a replacement
I think it's outrageous for you to expect customers to transport something the size of this to post office. Which is not local as we live semi rural. We have no transport to Carrie an item of this size.
Maybe i could of carried it a couple of miles on my back.or the wife. ( both pensioners)???..
I have now had to alter the frame work for this item yo be fit to be used for 2024 Xmas decor.
Extremely disappointed with the returns policy on large items.
I am not looking for a refund, discount or replacement..
Just letting you know it would have been much easier to send a replacement out via carrier at your cost, and having a signed return.😡”
“Only half of the display lit up. WeRChristmas were great at sending out a replacement asap. The product itself is not sturdy enough for outdoor use, but very pretty indoors, although absolutely covered in dropping glitter. The only distracting factor are the metal rods behind it that hold it up.
Would be better if this was made out of chicken wire rather than fabric.”

“The hanging prelit lantern baubles are lovely and my problem two of the baubles lantern are not working, it’s not lighting the issue and I sent it back and I am hoping I receive a refund. They provided the battery.”
“This was a recommended product to buy to use as an extension for the outdoor lights. It appeared underneath the outdoor light. It’s the wrong one! Still waiting for the refund!”
“The garland looks beautiful. Unfortunately the lights fused the electricity so I had to buy separate lights to dress the garland.
Similarly, the wreath is stunning but the lights are too dim to be seen.
A shame as both items look beautiful but the lights let them down. Too close to Christmas to return.”

“Products were great but EVRI delivery was absolutely terrible . Paid extra for express and next day delivery one was a week late the other three days late . Kept getting emails from them telling me out for delivery then the next day another saying would deliver a couple of days later . Checked on video doorbell and no delivery was attempted
Have had the same experience when purchasing from other companies who use EVRI as their couriers
Suggest you get a reliable courier to deliver your products”
