“The tree itself is lovely, good quality for only £16.
Issue lies with the delivery service, EVRI, keeping the package for an additional 7 days when I paid for next day delivery. Not happy with this seeing as it was ordered on the 1st December and only got it yesterday, 8th December.”
“Filmsy doesnt stand up straight, its slightly slanted. One of the screws for the base was really difficult to turn/screw- only able to turn once twice before it gets stuck”

I went on We R Christmas chat to arrange return & found the process very stressful as video evidence was required despite me providing several photos! Almost not believing me!
Eventually return was granted & am awaiting for my replacement although no further contact regarding my return or dispatch of my replacement.

In terms of the height, all of our items are measured from the base to the very top as positioned for display, but we do appreciate that it can sometimes appear shorter depending on placement or surroundings. “The lights themselves are very pretty but the lead is too short. My own fault for not reading the description but from the photos it looked like it has a decent length and id be able to place it above my garage door. No, its now on the floor outside the front door. If I could be arsed I'd ask for a refund but I guess this what we are living with now.”

“The description of the product did not state that the twinkling light bulb was limited to every sixth bulb . I wanted a string of sparkling lights with all bulbs sparkling. I found it difficult to communicate to your company by email and even more so when your telephone number does not work. Will use the lights this Xmas but never again your company”
