“I have never had a problem with anything I’ve bought from WeRXmas except the latest purchase the elf after putting him together he wouldn’t light up the box won’t stick on the parcel the Velcro won’t stick it on I was dissapointed with the elf after speaking to holly and sending photos she is sending me another so I’m hopeing he lights up at the moment I’m waiting for a replacement from jolly as the l I got doesn’t light up carnt answer anymore questions as I’m waiting for new delivery holly said 3/5 days so long as it works I’m fine”

“The company itself is very good and open to returns.
The tree itself was not very good and the quality lacked that of a Puleo Tree, the branches were very sparse and there was no coverage on the spindles next to the shaft/trunk of the tree. Even when pread out it was obvious that some of the branches lacked any greenery on them next to the trunk.
Which was a shame as the tree shape was very good and the branches would ahve looked realer than other brands.”

“Have checked it is all working but will not be putting it up until end of year. Would have bought more items but a lead of only 1.5m in a lot of the items is absolutely no good they should all have a minimum lead of at least 5m.”
