However, not pleased with delivery driver who didn't allow time for me to walk to gate to greet him! He left package on the bins inside gate - not very appropriate had there been a downpour. Have expressed my views.”
“I love the tree it looks great and realistic the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because one the branches is a bit too loose and flops a bit so I’ve put at the back and I would have sent it back but that seemed to much hassle”
“The xmas tree is fantastic, but the communication about the delivery issues was challenging. I sent 2 emails and no one responded. I didn't know if they had been received. Until the very late delivery, they replied that the delivery had taken place. which I already knew and had done everything on my own. But the product is fantastic. I am delighted with my black xmas tree.”
“Love my prelit nordic pine. Easy to put together and I really like how it's a bit spiky like a proper tree. 3 small bits came off, although possibly may have been loose anyway in the box. Not sure, but hope it doesn't lose anymore. My previous tree is over 15 years old now and hope this one lasts just as long. The decorations hang better and was very nice not fighting with a long string of lights and trying to hide the wire 😀”
“It’s beautiful, but the beads are not good quality. Many of them have scratches, the paint isn’t even, and they don’t shine as they should. There are also a lot of black spots where the paint is missing. I still used it because I couldn’t find this size anywhere.”
“Product arrived quickly. Cable connector unfortunately not physically compatible with my existing lights supply, despite wattage and voltage being compatible. Hence had to spend another £12 on their power supply. Several berry bulbs fell off which was disappointing. Had to sellotatpe them back into position. Not quite the quality I'd hoped for when spending £50 on lights”
