“Tree purchased but sent without a stand. Emailed and received very prompt reply and stand put in post and received within a couple of days. However, stand was not the correct size so seemed to have been dealt with in haste. Emailed to complain and rectified very promptly and given a partial refund. Overall very prompt customer engagement and I'm glad I had plenty of time to await full resolution.”

“These are fixed lights,not flashing. They are quite thin. I thought it would be the thick rope lights but these are more like tree lights attached to the plastic surround. Still work great and look good. Purchased these when on offer so for just over £17 you can't really complain.”

“Got an XL bow for my Christmas tree. Whilst the bow is stunning and quality of the fabric is great I think it may be faulty? The back part of the bow one side has a lot more fabric sticking out meaning it looks really weird as the right side you can barely see the back part of the bow and the left is so long. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until I’d taken it out the package and put it onto my tree. I’ve managed to tuck some of the excess fabric behind but you can still notice slightly. Fast delivery.”
