“Horrific company - £590 order on the 31/10/20 - no communication for several weeks, telephone switched off and finally get a reply email suggesting items would be 48 hours to no avail, then get an email saying two items out of stock and refunded and items would be five days and guess what no items! Not replying to emails and left completely worried if I will get my items - spoiling such a special time and creating upset like this for customers is appalling! Do not buy from this company!”

“They have taken my money and not supplied the goods. They don't answer the phone and don't respond to emails. Worse than that, they tell you if you email more than once it will take them longer to reply. So you are left just wondering if you will ever receive your goods or a refund. Absolutely appalling.”

“Absolutely shocking, takes orders and money, then no contact and order cancelled without a reason why. No response to any communication. Terrible service, have to go through PayPal to get a refund on the 2nd order I stupidly placed with them!!!! ! NOT HAPPY!! 😡”
“I actually had a fairly positive experience initially. The tree I ordered was delivered within the timescale given.
It’s only when I had to get in touch about a faulty connecting cable for the lights that I realised there’s absolutely no customer support in place. Similarly to everyone else, I emailed almost a week ago and have yet to hear back and can’t get through by phone.
I consider myself one of the lucky ones that this is my only issue. Will never use this company again.”
“Ordered a Christmas tree 25th Oct with a delivery date first week in November, 6 weeks down the line and still haven’t received anything.
Not answering phone calls or emails so have had to report to my bank who are in the process of trying to get my £245 back. Hundreds of people are in the same situation from their social media pages however they are still taking orders with a promise of 4 - 5 day delivery. Complete scam, stealing peoples money at this time of year.”
“I would give ZERO stars if I could. I purchased £398 pounds worth of Christmas decorations 2 weeks ago. I selected the additional fee option for a delivery within 2-3 days. When the goods didn't arrive after 2-3 days, I called the company and was disconnected after listening to an automated message. I wrote letters and emails both through my email account as well as there website (5 in fact). I have heard nothing. I have contacted the Online fraud department and issued a report and that is exactly what you should do too! Else, they won't be shut down, and other innocent people won't be scammed. Avoid this company at all costs. I don't believe they deliver to anyone. Any reviews here that are positive, are probably from the scammers collecting funds from this company. They are a joke!!! as if Christmas time isn't stressful enough. Bastards! Avoid avoid. Oh! And they try to sound legitimate by giving the option to use "amazon pay". Amazon has no knowledge of them as a business and no reflection of orders in my Amazon account. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I know there prices may seem tempting, but they are a JOKE. Made an order on 4th November for all our lights and some new items, thought it was strange that still not received anything by 24th November so decided to make contact but received no reply then received an automated email on the 28th November stating that my order had been canceled and refunded? Never experienced such awful customer service from any company that I have ever delt with! Now trying to get the items I ordered (well in advance) ready for Christmas decorating.

“Placed order on 8th November and the website said 4 days for delivery. That time elapsed so I sent the first of many emails to which I got no reply. The customer service number just goes straight to an automated American lady who tells you nobody is available - this is at anytime of day. Finally got an email on 27th nov to say I’d receive the tree in 5 days. On the 30th nov, I got an email saying I wouldn’t be getting the tree at all. It remains to be seen whether or not I’ll get a refund.”
“Ordered on 14th October on a pre order tree which cost £199.99
Was supposed to be with me first week in November. I emailed them and got a response from Nick on 11th November (same day response) to say that my order was a pre order which came to them today and to allow 48 hours for it to be despatched. I emailed him again on 18th November to advise still no tree and asked for an update. Emily Wymer replied to me apologising for the delay in getting back to me (23rd November) however also advised that multiple emails sends me to the back of queue!!! So on 23rd November my order is now pending dispatch and would be shipped that week.......I still have no email to confirm the dispatch and no delivery yet either!!
I ordered a tree from this company last year and everything went really smooth......what is the problem this year???? They need to get their act together but I fear the worst.......”
