Big disappointment. Staff have been abrupt and unhelpful. Still waiting for a simple return and refund of a faulty electrical product over a week later and all you get is !!! emails. Avoid

Customer service is shocking missing stake.......photos sent received ground pegs so yet again I try to contact back and forth to just receive message to stay we have already replaced no Werchristmas it's a stake not ground peg how does ground peg work

Only ordered once but wouldn’t again. The quality of the product I ordered did not match with the pics online. Very cheap and a bit misleading tbh.

Used the Costco large reindeer in the photo when they’ve come they are tiny and a waste of money. No way of claiming a refund!

Purchase so easy but refund proving not so .. agree with a refund/collection charge ..very reasonable price but actual collection taking too long im aftaid so then delaying refund even though I have purchased and payed for a bigger tree

I am very disappointed to discover when I recieved my package that there is no mains plug included,this wasn't made obvious in the advert.I got in touch and was eventually told that no it's not included,so I then got in touch again to ask which plug I needed to buy and how much would it cost me,only to be told it was out of stock and not due back in untiljune/July,so I then asked if you could tell me which plug I needed to but from a different place,so far no reply.My concern is that without a plug I cannot test this product and if I have to wait until June/July if they don't work you will tell me I have had them too long to get a refund.This was my second purchase from you in a short period of time.Iwill not be recommending your company to family or friends,or purchasing from you again.

Doesn’t come with a plug to make it work (the information about this can be found on the advert, but not very up front), you have to purchase this separately for £15, and out of stock at the time of my purchase.
