I wanted to return a Garland as it was unused and not needed still fully boxed and untouched, I ordered 1 to many. Wanted to arrange a “hassle free return” The support line does not answer it just says no support staff are available, there is no way of getting hold of anyone. I need a returns label. I email the support@ email 5 times and no one has come back to me. My 30 days is near to running out, you cannot reach them. Terrible customer service. Even if I pay to return it, it may not be refined back to me.
