They are currently claiming that if you order by 18th December you can get your goods in time for Christmas. How is this possible when they still haven't delivered my order made on 1st December. And no response to emails, telephone doesn't answer. Money taken and nothing delivered. If I had wanted to give to a charity, this is not the one I would have chosen to give my money to.
