“Ordered the 30" Luxury pre-lit wreath on the 19th November and it arrived 3 days later.
I have seen this wreath on lots of Instagram posts and it didn't disapoint.
I decorated it in Blush pink and Champagne gold this year.
Next year I will upgrade too the 100cm wreath and use this one I side.

“So, up until today I would not have given WeRchristmas any stars! I ordered my 8ft pre-lit Balsam fir Christmas tree on 6th December and received it today! For communication, I give zero stars! I tried like everyone else to call and email. I turned to cancel, I asked for a refund and I opened a dispute with PayPal. Still nothing! ... all of a sudden I was notified that it had shipped but couldn’t track it. SO frustrating! ... today my tree arrived! ... my 3 star rating is for the tree, and the tree only. It really is fantastic. I assembled it to check the quality and that it actually was pre-lit. All in all, I really would not recommend WeRchristmas purely for their poor customer service. I would however, recommend their products. I hope they can learn from these dreadful reviews. Communication is key and is the only sure way of keeping customers happy. “I ordered a slim pre lit frosty tree and when it arrived the lights on the top part of the tree didn’t work. I have sent 18 emails and countless calls to request a returns label to get a refund but I have been ignored and still have a faulty Xmas tree that cost me £65 not happy with this company no customer service at all”

I contacted the support team by email 3 times with no response. I rang once only to be told that the agents were engaged and the phone call was terminated by them. “This company is shocking I ordered two items both were received faulty. I contacted the company by email with pictures showing the faults on the day the order was delivered. That was Saturday 9th December, someone called “Matt” sent an email with a link to a returns portal.
But the returns portal does not allow me to self generate returns labels to get the faulty goods back to them. All it does is generate when I hit submit a message saying “we can’t offer you an immediate resolution”!
Here we are 18th of December 5 emails later and I’m no further forward.

Presently they’ve taken my money, sent me faulty items and continue to ignore me in terms of generating return labels to get there, shoddy goods back to them .
Avoid this company like the plague.”
