Order: 257697. I have complained about items being faulty 3 times now in support request 62613 and 67062 at the beginning of December and not received any response in regard to that. I one email I got response to item missing from that order written by Matt but the issue of faulty item was completely ignored. Negative review about item quality with supporting pictures Sat, 2 Dec was not published on the website at all despite email verification. Out of 12 lights only 6 worked, other 6 had manufacturing fault as the batteries could not go far enough to close the cap (picture attached). Some of the candles were rusty on the inside as well.
