This company is shocking I ordered two items both were received faulty. I contacted the company by email with pictures showing the faults on the day the order was delivered. That was Saturday 9th December, someone called “Matt” sent an email with a link to a returns portal. But the returns portal does not allow me to self generate returns labels to get the faulty goods back to them. All it does is generate when I hit submit a message saying “we can’t offer you an immediate resolution”! Here we are 18th of December 5 emails later and I’m no further forward. Presently they’ve taken my money, sent me faulty items and continue to ignore me in terms of generating return labels to get there, shoddy goods back to them . Avoid this company like the plague.
