Well!! Once I ordered the item and it didn’t arrive the next day (as advertised) I realised I would just have to wait. I looked at reviews and immediately got worried, after several emails with very little response I finally received my 1000mm pre lit wreath 5 days late which I must say I was very happy with. So despite very little customer service it seems that this company are just too busy at Xmas to handle the amount of orders and enquiries at this busy time.
