Unable to fulfil order, non existent customer service, poor communications. We R Easter more like for Xmas orders.

AVOID! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! Placed order with extra payment for express delivery which was late - not even apologise or refund for delivery as normal company would offer. Order came without the christmas tree! Customer service is just a big JOKE, they don't give a f*** of what happened to your order. Told me that they dispatched everything and now its my problem to deal with the courier! They not even bother to call courier and check whats going on. I asked for refund which was DECLINED! Because they got some 7 days until they can even look into my query! This is just RIDICULOUS!! consumer right is aware and there are already some complaints about them. Also their products are not worth the price for example be very careful when you ordering lights as you need transformer which cost additional £30! Quality is quite poor and now I need to wait FEW WEEKS until I get my refund for a tree. This is the worst company I ever dealt with and due to pandemic I've purchased 90% of presents and decorations online and didn't had such a problems.

Would definitely not recommend buying from this site. I purchased some Christmas garlands that ended up being unsuitable for my needs. It says on their website to contact them to arrange a return but they have not answered any of my many emails or calls so I have lost my money. Terrible customer service. Avoid!

I ordered in October for a first week of November delivery, which was postponed till mid November. I then asked for a refund as the phones and web chat had been switched off. I eventually received my refund and ordered elsewhere. No communication from this company and rubbish customer service. The trust pilot positive reviews all look very dodgy. It seems this cares nothing for its customers

Once again, I am yet another customer who didn’t receive the item until after Christmas. I do not know what sort of company this is, but please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! No reply to my emails and no returns label provided after I requested it. I returned the item using tracking and my own money. I was not refunded for the product. I opened a case with PayPal and submitted all my proof of emails sent and product returned, to which werchristmas did not respond to. Received a full refund today. Would recommend claiming back via you let payment provider. Don’t let them get away with it!!

First I ordered a christmas tree that looked nothing like the photo so I sent it back (no real issues with returning). I tried to leave a review of the tree as there were none online and it never has appeared on their website, although a 5 star review has since appeared for that tree! Second time ordering a couple of small items, ordered 15th Dec emails says 4-8 days delivery and it's wasn't received until January despite me emailing Xmas eve to cancel the order. I have emailed multiple times requesting my money back after returning and they have ignored emails and can't get through on phone. So looks like I'm going to involve my credit card to force a refund. There won't be a third time ordering. The items I ordered are now in the sale and they are showing at an inflated price ( angel was £19.99 now showing as inflated to £27 with a 40% discount to £17 and another item £11.99 inflated to £17 and discounted to £10), very deceiving and I'm pretty sure illegal!

Would avoid. Complete waste of time. Placed order on the 7th of December, it didn’t arrive in the shipping timeframe. Emails to enquire where it was ignored. I emailed to request a refund on the 24th again no response. Item finally shipped on the 28th of dec - after Christmas!! I emailed to ask for a returns label and about a refund again no response. Worst service ever

This company should be re named We R NOT Christmas. Order placed 1 December 2020. 10 Jan 2021 WeRChristmas advise me that my order has been dispatched and Hermes advise me that they have my parcel for delivery!

Frustrated, annoyed, disappointed - Ordered tree £159.99 end of November, and still no tree has arrived. I have emailed about 20 times, tried ringing (American automated voice) no reply, left messages on their FB page and still no response!!! What can be done next? Doesn't even deserve one star!!!!

1 star: Bad Just now DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Advertised my Christmas light would be with me on standard delivery within 3-4 days. Ordered on the 6th December and when they still hadn’t arrived before Christmas I wrote to them asking to cancel the order. My emails were met with silence and after repeatedly sending more mails they bizarrely cancelled the £7 adapter but not the lights, which arrived 5th January!!!! Never once did they apologize or answer my emails. They are absolute con merchants.

They guaranteed delivery before Christmas if you ordered before the 18th Dec. I ordered on the 15th. I asked them to cancel my order as it hadn’t shipped yet on the 27th. Ignored. Was shipped on the 29th. Delivered the 2nd. Asked for refund form on the 2nd. No response. Used Facebook to also ask for refund form. Still no response.

Terrible place order on 5th dec never arrived sent 15 emails no reply Klarna took payment still no order arrives for email 3 days ago that order dispatched never came why would I want a Christmas tree in January company total disgrace don’t think order will arrive if it does I will refuse it I want my money back please don’t buy from this company

Ordered potted pre lit and decorated christmas tree. This was on 5th December , it arrived on the 2nd of Januar,with several baubles off and no way of re attaching them. 12 e mails sent but no response. They say they're working round the clock, what a joke.

If I could give 0 stars I would, ordered lights 28th November, for our little boy, he has Down’s syndrome and absolutely loves Christmas lights and we wanted to make it special for him after such an awful year. Order said 3-4 working day, no sign of anything 2 weeks later so emailed the company as no way to phone them. They didn’t even bother to respond, 20th December we got a dispatch email, and they arrived today, 31st December. Shocking customer service and an upset little boy. We’re not a well off family so couldn’t even afford to buy other lights. Disgusting company.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered Christmas lights on 2nd Dec with a 3-4 day delivery promise. Following numerous ignored emails and phone calls finally received goods on 31st Dec. Do not use this company unless you have more money than sense. It is a complete shambles of a Mickey Mouse scam company which lies about its delivery promises. I really wish I’d read the reviews on this useless company before ordering. Don’t make the same mistake!

Bought a pre-lit tree and originally all fine, after a week the lights went out and now I cannot get any response at all from the company, I have tried phone/email/fb. No lights for Christmas what a Shame, DO NOT BUY! £300 wasted!

So because they don't like my opinion I've been blocked from posting on their Facebook page, and they are not responding to my messages now! Placed my first order with these mid November ans swiftly received my order, however one of the items was incorrect but granted they swiftly supplied the correct transformer. Placed a second order at early December, no sign of the order by second week December so finally managed to get a response that one item was out of stock and the other would be shipped, waited a few more days and as the item hadn't been shipped I went to their address in Southport and was able to collect there and then. Noticed the item that was out of stock was now back in stock so placed the order, a week later got a tracking number that didn't work, eventually got hold of them and they said I'd got the wrong tracking number and the item had been delivered... it hadn't! After some tooin' and frowin' they issued a refund (I suspect it was never shipped, or was sent to someone else). Put decs up Christmas week and the arch from the first order wouldn't light up, sent several messages for a returns label to bo avail. Messeaged through Facebook and was blocked! Thankfully the latter was ordered through Klarna who have advised of multiple customers having issues and they will be in touch this week to resolve the matter on my behalf. This company are an utter disgrace!
