Ordered a Tree for £150 tree came damaged ( ordered through Amazon)sent back tree for a refund 4 weeks later still no refund, was promised by Matt & Olivia to send the original Order number and it would be sorted, now no response via email at all, i will be taking this matter further i promise you, "DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ITS ALL A BIG SCAM !
