“They guaranteed delivery before Christmas if you ordered before the 18th Dec. I ordered on the 15th. I asked them to cancel my order as it hadn’t shipped yet on the 27th. Ignored. Was shipped on the 29th. Delivered the 2nd. Asked for refund form on the 2nd. No response. Used Facebook to also ask for refund form. Still no response.”

“Ordered potted pre lit and decorated christmas tree. This was on 5th December , it arrived on the 2nd of Januar,with several baubles off and no way of re attaching them. 12 e mails sent but no response. They say they're working round the clock, what a joke.”
“If I could give 0 stars I would, ordered lights 28th November, for our little boy, he has Down’s syndrome and absolutely loves Christmas lights and we wanted to make it special for him after such an awful year. Order said 3-4 working day, no sign of anything 2 weeks later so emailed the company as no way to phone them. They didn’t even bother to respond, 20th December we got a dispatch email, and they arrived today, 31st December. Shocking customer service and an upset little boy. We’re not a well off family so couldn’t even afford to buy other lights. Disgusting company.”
“Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered Christmas lights on 2nd Dec with a 3-4 day delivery promise. Following numerous ignored emails and phone calls finally received goods on 31st Dec. Do not use this company unless you have more money than sense. It is a complete shambles of a Mickey Mouse scam company which lies about its delivery promises.
I really wish I’d read the reviews on this useless company before ordering. Don’t make the same mistake!”
“Ordered Tree 5dec after seeing one purchased by my son which he had delivered in 3 days mine still not delivered by 20th tried ringing and e mail no response e mail Xmas eve to say it was being despatched to courier who also e mailed to say they were waiting it’s arrival at their depot arrived New Year’s Eve not major problem considering what’s happening at moment. Businesses are having major problems with their own deliveries at moment although they could communicate with customers. Really pleased with Tree now it has arrived.”
“Bought a pre-lit tree and originally all fine, after a week the lights went out and now I cannot get any response at all from the company, I have tried phone/email/fb. No lights for Christmas what a Shame, DO NOT BUY! £300 wasted!”
“So because they don't like my opinion I've been blocked from posting on their Facebook page, and they are not responding to my messages now!
Placed my first order with these mid November ans swiftly received my order, however one of the items was incorrect but granted they swiftly supplied the correct transformer.
Placed a second order at early December, no sign of the order by second week December so finally managed to get a response that one item was out of stock and the other would be shipped, waited a few more days and as the item hadn't been shipped I went to their address in Southport and was able to collect there and then.
Noticed the item that was out of stock was now back in stock so placed the order, a week later got a tracking number that didn't work, eventually got hold of them and they said I'd got the wrong tracking number and the item had been delivered... it hadn't! After some tooin' and frowin' they issued a refund (I suspect it was never shipped, or was sent to someone else).
Put decs up Christmas week and the arch from the first order wouldn't light up, sent several messages for a returns label to bo avail. Messeaged through Facebook and was blocked!
Thankfully the latter was ordered through Klarna who have advised of multiple customers having issues and they will be in touch this week to resolve the matter on my behalf.
This company are an utter disgrace!”

I have sent 18 emails and countless calls to request a returns label to get a refund but I have been ignored and still have a faulty Xmas tree that cost me £65 not happy with this company no customer service at all”
“Took my money, didn't deliver, I complained to paypal who passed my refund request on. No response. Just received delivery advice today claiming Xmas decorations on the way. It's Dec 28, Xmas is over!!! Stick your long overdue decorations and give me my refund! I won't be accepting delivery if they do turn up. What a bunch of greedy scamners!”

“Poor service. Tree was delivered late. Nothing like the picture with some branch arms broken (not WeRChristmas fault). They do not answer emails. Over last 3 weeks sent 4 emails, plus website messages. Happy to take your money, with no customer support. Will raise with credit card. Its a real shame as the site has some good products, but will never buy from them again. Read the reviews, if you buy from here you take the risk (50% unhappy)”
