“Ordered £70 worth of Christmas lights two weeks ago and they never arrived. They haven't replied to any communications I've sent them, but did have the cheek to send me an email 'thanking me for being a customer' last week. I've now opened a case with PayPal so hopefully will get a refund, but I'm annoyed at myself for falling for their scam. Whatever you do, don't order from this unscrupulous company!”

NOTHING arrived and I paid extra for next day delivery. Phones not answered, emails ignored etc. Absolute disgraceful behaviour at such a sad time in most people's lives. I am retired and my wife works bloody hard, in the NHS, for the little money she gets and cannot afford to lose such an amount of money. SHAME ON YOU and all who work for you!!”

Ordered, paid (luckily I used PayPal - so refund won’t be an issue) then nothing....no order acknowledgement...no delivery date...no dispatch notice...and no reply to the two emails asking when I’d get my tree. Ordered from Mr Crimbo - tree dispatched same day with updates. WeRChristmas...should be called WeRCr*p! Obvious fraudsters, judging by too many similar accounts of people paying and not receiving any goods or responses from the company. Don’t just leave your review, report these to Trading Standards or Citizens Advice and hopefully get them shutdown!”

Customer service is appalling I made 2 orders on the 30th November with the promise of my delivery coming in 3-4 days, It is now the 11th December and I have had no shipment email, tracking or anything. I have contacted them 4 times via email as they do not answer the phone requesting my order is cancelled and I would like a refund but no reply. I understand it is a pandemic and deliveries can be slower but I have since ordered a christmas tree from somewhere else and have had next day delivery. I have opened a bank dispute today so fingers crossed I will get my refund. DO NOT BUY !”
“Very quick to take your money and then fail to deliver your goods. I ordered a Christmas tree through them and on their web site they say it will be dispatched in 3 to 4 days. It didn't arrive so I tried to contact them, the phones are switched off, they haven't answered my six emails, they don't respond to the numerous comments on their Facebook or Instagram account. I have contacted Trading Standards through Citizens Advice and put in a dispute with my credit card company to try and get my money back. Google this company through buying and read the reviews. Don't buy from them, there are many people without their goods and fighting to get their money back.”
“Same as the other hundreds of customers. Ordered in November, took money, no email to say dispatched, no order to cancel. Then suddenly when I email to ask where my tree is, I get an email to say it's been refunded. By this time I had placed stupidly another order! No response to ant type of communication whatsoever. Got a refund through PayPal for 2nd order. Left review on here and trust Pilot and reported to Trading Standards. They are not too busy to post on Instagram, but too busy to reply to emails from customers! Shocking! I hope you get shut down!”

“I received a pre-lit spiral decoration after reasonable time. However it was not as advertised on the website. It was white not copper. I contacted the support team by email 3 times with no response. I rang once only to be told that the agents were engaged and the phone call was terminated by them. I wish I had read these reviews before!!”
