“Placed my order mid October for delivery first week of November after being messed around I asked for a refund on 16th November and thank god I did as I don’t think many preorders were delivered. Rubbish communication, fake promises and lots of unhappy customers.”

Ordered and never received goods. Used amazon to pay and got no help at all off them. Amazon actually sell we r Christmas products. I have contacted my bank to use charge back scheme so I am not left out of pocket. The site should be shut down”

“Placed order they took money, not heard anything since. Tried to phone then no response, emailed them asking when I would receive my order no response. This must be a scam company. Avoid at all costs.”
“Horrific company - £590 order on the 31/10/20 - no communication for several weeks, telephone switched off and finally get a reply email suggesting items would be 48 hours to no avail, then get an email saying two items out of stock and refunded and items would be five days and guess what no items! Not replying to emails and left completely worried if I will get my items - spoiling such a special time and creating upset like this for customers is appalling! Do not buy from this company!”

“They have taken my money and not supplied the goods. They don't answer the phone and don't respond to emails. Worse than that, they tell you if you email more than once it will take them longer to reply. So you are left just wondering if you will ever receive your goods or a refund. Absolutely appalling.”
