“Terrible Experience with Unreliable Service
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. The customer service is abysmal, with no available contact number, making communication nearly impossible. Initially, I ordered a tree, only to have my order canceled after 4 days, claiming a refund was processed. After persistent emails, they admitted the item was out of stock at the time of my order, a crucial detail they failed to mention earlier.
Undeterred, I placed another order for a tree. However, it has been 5 days with no communication despite multiple inquiries. This lack of responsiveness and transparency raises concerns about the legitimacy of this company. I am left feeling frustrated, deceived, and strongly inclined to believe that this may be a scam. Approach with caution.

“Absolutely horrendous service, actually non existent, just order, cross your fingers and add a Xmas wish that your order from these clowns will be here before Christmas because that’s all you can do after you have paid. Also make sure you add the fee for next day delivery or simply get the tenner and burn it because that is what you are literally doing. Please avoid these con men and women they are advertising things they don’t have and can’t get, jokers !!!”
“If you're after good customer service, look elsewhere. If you're after next day delivery (even after paying £8.99 for this service) look elsewhere. The likelihood is you won't get your items for nearly a week (if you're lucky)
Customer service is about as useless as it gets. You either get ignored or fed some pathetic excuse. I have placed 3 orders over the last 12 months and none of them has been delivered on time.
It's a Shane that you have to give a minimum of 1 star to leave a review, or they wouldn't even get 1 star from me.
Personally, I reckon they should rename themselves 'WeRUseless' as that would be a more suitable representation of their business”
“Ordered at 7:15am. Realised I'd added the incorrect delivery address. Emailed at 7:26am with my order no. to correct it - They couldn't find my order. Emailed again 8:48am. Was told they still couldn't find it and could I email back in 1/2 hour!!! Emailed at 11:09am and apparently it had already started the process of picking and packing and the address couldn't be changed. Yet I still haven't received an email Order or Shipped confirmation. Tbf I should have checked their reviews and that would have prevented the order ever being placed. My fault.”
“This must be the worst company l have shopped from.
I ordered a pre lit Christmas tree never received confirmation email hence l have no order number can’t put a complaint because l have no order number searched and searched for their contact, the phone number l found when l rang it says the number is not recognised. It’s a week since l ordered money have come out of my account no order number, no Christmas tree.
I have even seen ridiculous questions at the bottom of the page how does a shopper like me who has nothing from this company other than taking my money be expected to answer, most questions are very irrelevant to my situation. I just tick whatever to be able to submit, l wish there was 0 box that’s what l would tick for this company.”
“Product arrived damaged and despite my best efforts via email and posted, signed for, letter I have yet to get help in returning said damaged item and obtaining a refund. Next step has to be small claims court as I do not know what options are left.
Very disappointed on all levels.”

Advertises next day, expedited delivery - items arrived weeks late.
After refusing the late delivery, I am still waiting for a refund a month later.
Customer services will ignore all refund related enquiries and there is no one to call.
Looks like the only way to get your money back is open a fraud case.”
“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They use Evri and when your order is delivered to the wrong address, and not only that, left outside an empty house, they refuse to refund unless you jump through twelve million hoops, some of which are impossible. Wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing. Even the Evri customer service was better than these cowboys.”
“This would have a 0 Star if it could not very secure at all brought the inflatable outdoor train and this big Train only has 4 rope's to hold it down 2 at the front and 2 at the back nothing to hold down in the middle train does look really good but is really let down by holding it down and as for the company avoid with all costs really really bad customer service as stated only 4 rope's so a little breeze and this is on its side one day we had a little wind and the train blew up and pulled on the 4 rope's which snapped off the d rings so now is completely unusable only brought a month ago the we r Christmas reply to this was don't advise to use in wind lol 😂 so obviously they are selling a poorly made outdoor item that cannot be used outside”
“I paid for Express delivery (1-2 days timeframe) on an order and they failed to dispatch it a few days later. I contacted them and asked them to cancel the order because it wouldn't arrive on time. They refused to cancel the order even though they hadn't processed it yet and advised me to reject the delivery (it was a big delivery 6 large parcels). I rejected the delivery 2 week ago and they keep rerouting Evri back to redeliver them! I've had to reject 2 more times and they still won't accept them back! Surely this is breaking the law? I've tried to contact them over 10 times about this and they are blatantly ignoring me. Avoid this company.”

These trees are not made to last! We r Christmas, it’s more like rip off Christmas.
I bought a 8 ft Christmas tree last year (26th Nov 2021). The tree was beautiful, nice and full, perfect.
The tree take apart carefully, stored in a room no one goes in.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, I only put my tree up last week…
When I assemble the tree, 3 of the main bottom branches have dropped from the hinge. There is now a great big hole in my 8ft tree 🤬🤬
After emailing, I was told there’s nothing the can do. I’ve paid £240 for a tree I used for 5 weeks in total.
I wish I’d shopped around, most places give you at least 3 year warranty. The reason these only give you 12 months, is there poorly made”
“Such a horrible company! I wish I had read all these reviews before ordering. My first order was canceled completely bc they were out of stock of the 7 ft tree. So I placed a new order for a 6 ft tree. The tree skirt and star were delivered but no tree!!! And after several emails still no reply! I’m so frustrated! We just moved house, are snowed in, and I have no tree for my kids to enjoy fit Christmas! I’ve already cried multiple times. Such a disaster! 😢”

“Well!! Once I ordered the item and it didn’t arrive the next day (as advertised) I realised I would just have to wait. I looked at reviews and immediately got worried, after several emails with very little response I finally received my 1000mm pre lit wreath 5 days late which I must say I was very happy with. So despite very little customer service it seems that this company are just too busy at Xmas to handle the amount of orders and enquiries at this busy time.”

ordered a Christmas tree and paid extra for express delivery. Should have been delivered today and nothing turned up. Instead all I get is an email at 5.56pm this evening saying my order was cancelled.... no explanation and no apology.
It's left me distraught and very upset as it looks such a beautiful tree and now I have nothing for Christmas and no idea what I'm going to do as I'm waiting to get a refund.
I have renamed them WeRuinChristmas!
Please please take these reviews on board and do not order a thing from this company!”
