“Ordered a tree when they said two days delivery over a week now and asked for money back refunded straight away obviously didn’t even have them in stock won’t use again . Now can’t find any in stock anywhere thanks !!!”

5 days ago 5.12. 2022 I wrote to them on what's up and on instagram and yesterday additionally on facebook with information that I want to return a non-working item but no one writes back.
This is a scam to me as many people have mentioned similar issues. Maybe someone knows how to write a class action lawsuit together and to whom to send it?
We cannot tolerate such a derisive company that deceives customers in a perfidious way.
I hope someone can tell me what to do and shut down these scammers business”

“Bought a pre lit twig that only partially works. Have sent 12 emails and had no response at all . I would sat they are a sham company and would advise anyone not to buy from them. They do not publish a phone number usually a sign of a rogue trader.”
“Ordered a prelit 7ft Christmas tree. The tree arrived and it was MUCH more sparse than in the image, was disappointed at how poor the quality was. It looked cheap, which was disappointing for the expensive price tag. Once assembled and plugged in, I find out the middle section of lights did not work. I contacted the company to ask to return the product and a refund. They do not offer a collection service to return large items, which is ridiculous. So now I need to haul this huge tree to the post office somehow; it won’t even fit in my car. In hindsight I should have checked their returns policy before purchasing, that would have been a red flag. Clearly they are using a difficult, impractical returns policy to shift poor quality, broken goods. DO NOT SHOP HERE”

“Terrible service. Tree is advertised on their website as hinged easy assembly - it is not hinged in any way and requires lifting heavy sections above head height to put it together. The company refuse to acknowledge their website and advertising is incorrect. I've raised a formal complaint.”
“I received 3 items for Christmas from this company. I was disappointed and disgusted when I opened the box. Items were badly packed with just a bit of bubble wrap and paper in the box. The window decoration of large plastic snowflakes were broken in 2 places.
I requested a returns label. And sent the item back using Hermes. But they are now saying that they still have not received the item back in the depot. Asking for evidence that I posted it. I have had 2 emails from 2 different people this morning. I have said that I am not bothered now for the refund in my bank.
I will just accept it that this company are nothing but a Scam.
Please do not buy anything from this seller. They are just cheap and trashy. Items cost a lot, but I have seen better in a few Pound shop.
Please avoid this company at your peril.”
