“I ordered the Normann Fir, 8'. I was worried that it wouldn't look real as we have always had a real tree. Thankfully it looks real unless you're right next to it, and even then you have to be looking closely. The height is good, it's got a realistic look with a wide bushy base but it has the distinctive bare look near the top. I ordered after Christmas so haven't decorated the tree yet but did set it up to see how it would look and feel in the room and I'm very happy with it.”
“Good prices, well packaged and as described. Delivery problematical on using Evri on one item. Customer service did not reply to emails on their site re late delivery of one item.”
“Bad service. Used Evri to deliver and it was put in my front garden while I was away and subsequently stolen. I reported this and they said I had to report to police and get a CRN. I contacted consumer rights and sent a letter, they then refunded me after many weeks.”
