Would be zero...they don't respond to phone, emails or social media. Tried to cancel my order...they ignored all my emails etc. and took my money. Have now sent item which I had cancelled and it is not up to standard. No despatch note or returns label and no response when requesting they arrange pick up or send returns labels. Avoid at all costs.
