Placed order on 8th November and the website said 4 days for delivery. That time elapsed so I sent the first of many emails to which I got no reply. The customer service number just goes straight to an automated American lady who tells you nobody is available - this is at anytime of day. Finally got an email on 27th nov to say I’d receive the tree in 5 days. On the 30th nov, I got an email saying I wouldn’t be getting the tree at all. It remains to be seen whether or not I’ll get a refund.
