I actually had a fairly positive experience initially. The tree I ordered was delivered within the timescale given.
It’s only when I had to get in touch about a faulty connecting cable for the lights that I realised there’s absolutely no customer support in place. Similarly to everyone else, I emailed almost a week ago and have yet to hear back and can’t get through by phone.
I consider myself one of the lucky ones that this is my only issue. Will never use this company again.
