I would give 0 stars if I could. Customer service is appalling I made 2 orders on the 30th November with the promise of my delivery coming in 3-4 days, It is now the 11th December and I have had no shipment email, tracking or anything. I have contacted them 4 times via email as they do not answer the phone requesting my order is cancelled and I would like a refund but no reply. I understand it is a pandemic and deliveries can be slower but I have since ordered a christmas tree from somewhere else and have had next day delivery. I have opened a bank dispute today so fingers crossed I will get my refund. DO NOT BUY !
