If I could give no stars I would, I've been left with a poor quality tree and given no options in terms of a suitable replacement. Communication is absolutely shocking, I've chased almost 10 times through various methods and I'm not getting a response. I've basically been forced to use a tree that I'm not happy with, if I don't use it I have no tree to put my 2 year old sons presents under. Total disgrace!!!
