Nothing received and they don't have any notion of service.
No goods received and absolutely no help.
Still waiting for an order placed in November to be dispatched.
No updates at all and no response to emails.
ETA. We are Christmas refused to cancel the order and instructed me to refuse delivery.
This we did, but despite delivery evidence dated 5 days after they're insisting we accepted the parcel on a day we weren't at home.
Avoid this company.
