Ordered at 7:15am. Realised I'd added the incorrect delivery address. Emailed at 7:26am with my order no. to correct it - They couldn't find my order. Emailed again 8:48am. Was told they still couldn't find it and could I email back in 1/2 hour!!! Emailed at 11:09am and apparently it had already started the process of picking and packing and the address couldn't be changed. Yet I still haven't received an email Order or Shipped confirmation. Tbf I should have checked their reviews and that would have prevented the order ever being placed. My fault.
