If you're after good customer service, look elsewhere. If you're after next day delivery (even after paying £8.99 for this service) look elsewhere. The likelihood is you won't get your items for nearly a week (if you're lucky) Customer service is about as useless as it gets. You either get ignored or fed some pathetic excuse. I have placed 3 orders over the last 12 months and none of them has been delivered on time. It's a Shane that you have to give a minimum of 1 star to leave a review, or they wouldn't even get 1 star from me. Personally, I reckon they should rename themselves 'WeRUseless' as that would be a more suitable representation of their business
