The purchase of our new Christmas tree was seamless online. However when the item was delivered, it basically looked like it had been dropped from a multi-storey building. The box is very badly damaged and as such we strugged to get it into the house. No assistance whatsoever from the delivery drivers either. We have not yet checked the item but have photographed the box and will report back if the tree is damaged in any way once we have it out of the box
