The box didn’t arrive with all of the parts
After a long time trying to explain, it was finally understood that 3 of the 4 parts were correct and the middle of the tree missing
No replacement or support offered
Refund given
Left without a functioning tree and advised to dispose of a 12ft tree as they don’t do returns
That is a lot of plastic to landfill
