Customer service is awful. I received two terrible quality garlands that were falling apart and wanted to return them. It was costing me £8.90 to do so. I stayed they were faulty but customer service did not agree. I left a review on trust pilot and finally got a label to send them back. The service and standards have severely dropped and won't use them again despite being a regular customer.
