Bought my set of reindeer to place in the garden but had an issue with one of the them. Initially was not dealt with well but after being in contact with Olivia and Sofia they were able to rectify my issue. They were exemplary it's a pity the other staff aren't up to their standards. Thank you for sorting out my problem. A company is measured in my opinion by how they rectify mistakes/ issues and Olivia and Sofia certainly did this well.
