Ordered CandyCanes to replace a set I bought last year which only last a couple of weeks before becoming faulty. This was disappointing but reflected the poor quality.
When order arrived I actually received a Christmas Tree in error! I then went through what can be described as nothing short of chaos trying to return via Evri (not my choice!).
Eventually WRC arranged a ParcelForce collection.
Summary - poor quality product, disappointing to have received a totally wrong order and returns chaos.
Not recommended.
