The company itself is very good and open to returns.
The tree itself was not very good and the quality lacked that of a Puleo Tree, the branches were very sparse and there was no coverage on the spindles next to the shaft/trunk of the tree. Even when pread out it was obvious that some of the branches lacked any greenery on them next to the trunk.
Which was a shame as the tree shape was very good and the branches would ahve looked realer than other brands.
