Normally I cannot fault your service. On this occasion however items were inadequately packaged and just put in a plastic posting bag which resulted in 2 baubles being dented on arrival.and only good for the bin. THE OTHER BAUBLES I ORDER5D CAME In extra outer cardboard box and arrived no damage
