Very pleased with the Internet, it does what you said it would.
However, I opted to also change my telephone as my BT connection was so bad and, unfortunately, it took you from 23rd November, when I installed the first box until 6th December, when an engineer came to my house, for the problem ( the phone cord socket) to be corrected. Since I had in the interim received another box for the phone with another unserviceable phone cord socket, I am concerned that you are buying and supplying goods which are not fit for purpose; the engineer knew exactly what the problem was immediately and it took him less than 5 minutes to replace the unserviceable socket with one which works. This comment about your phone equipment is intended to be helpful, it is not a complaint.
Overall your helpfulness and friendliness in dealing with me have been excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend the standard of your internet and phone (since yesterday!) although would have to put a caveat on the standard of phone equipment you are purchasing to send to your customers.
