My comments on LinkedIn say it all. Everything Wessex Internet have (plural because it's the people there) done has been excellent. Oh, that more companies were as good at their job as Wessex Internet. It would close down a lot of what my company does, help companies improve their customer interaction, but I am not far off retirement! Everything has been personal and targeted. We as a company and a family, because we have a subscription for our home too, do not feel like a customer number but people who can talk rationally and reasonably to other people who take ownership of an issue and do not spout legally or managment formulated drivel at us
