Exceptional personal service from everyone...so refreshing as most companies these days offer an impersonal automated response to phone calls and emails...nothing was too much trouble for the staff...they were so confident in their knowledge and ability to assist me they offered their names!
I could go on but let me just say thank you for making the whole experience seamless...
