Firstly I have had the wireless service for ages and is excellent. Have recently got their Fibre service. When wired it is excellent and very fast.
I gave it 4 stars because the WiFi from the Nokia modem is poor and keeps dropping out even in the same room as it is situated (I contacted Wessex but hey didnt take much interest) so I have rectified the problem with my own solution.
But overall my experiences with this company have been positive.
