On the very rare occasions we have lost connection, one simple quick phone call put everything OK. As different to my BT experience as you can imagine. Regular 27+ mbs compared to BT' Infinity of about 4 mps.
Two improvements would help: engineer contact at weekends and it's a shame you don't offer rollover of unused download.
Apart from these two points, absolutely delighted with Wessex and absolutely no regrets signing up and definitely no regrets getting free of Openreach and all the providers stuck with the BT monopoly.
