I had not heard of Westbrook before, an Internet search for an item threw them up - I checked the forums for confidence to order with them and felt reassured. Now I get an opportunity to write the review - I ordered on Sunday, and was in possession of the item on Tuesday, safely packaged. That is excellent service and it's great to see a bike shop using the power of the internet to extend their reach. Thank you.
