“Great Customer Service 5* work on my Scott spark mountainbike which needed some attention. Work was carried out with friendly helpful information before by phone call to explain the problems & advise. Upon collection they made sure I was happy with everything, new bushes , twinlock fixed, new tyre.. etc I also bought a superb electronic bike pump after advise in store.. It's Amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. This is a superb bike shop with good customer care & a huge stock of bikes & products they sell. Would definitely recommend Westbrook cycles for serious cyclists. Will purchase soon soon. Thanks for looking after me.”

“Ordered freehub (incorrectly) and after finding it was wrong one contacted the store and they found correct one and sent it out with return label for wrong one. This was all resolved within a few days so quick and very helpful customer service. Definitely use again.”

“Brilliant service from Westbrook cycles. The free hub on my Cannondale Topstone needed replacing with under 500 miles done and well under a year of use. Stephen at Westbrook approached Cannondale who said that it was normal wear and tear, so would not replace it under warranty. Westbrook stepped in and replaced it themselves. The replacement part arrived by first class delivery the next day. Thank you to Stephen and Westbrook.”

“Ordered a Scott Addict eride 30 plus mudguards at a combined cost of some £2800.00. The bike arrived with the headset loose and my local bike shop charged £25.00 to rectify. I asked Westbrook, via email, to recommend a set of mudguards to fit the new bike. They did and I added this to my bike purchase. The mudguards do not fit this bike. I emailed Westbrook and their response is worded to the effect that nobody at Westbrook would have recommended these mudguards. So, in effect I imagined this interaction. I have yet to ride the bike mainly as a consequence of the loose headset, now rectified. I’ve never purchased from Westbrook and certainly will spread the word around my cycle club of some 400 plus members. Never again. Oh, by the way. I can send the mudguards back at my cost as the response included the information that they don’t do return labels.”
