Excellent on-line bike shop with an incredibly wide selection of components.
I am a first time customer, and was able to immediately receive delivery to my work address. Some on-line shop will not permit a parcel to be delivered to anywhere other than the cardholder's home address.
Westbrook provided a very helpful text and e-mail to keep me informed of the parcel's progress.
I am seriously considering changing permanently to Westbrook from my usual supplier, whom I have been shopping with for over 20 years now.
