Very happy indeed with the service received from Westbrook Cycles, who were very friendly and helpful and kept me fully informed by telephone as to despatch and delivery of my order, after I informed them that it was a birthday present for my son and that I had ordered at the last minute! Really appreciate the great customer service I experienced and my son is very happy with his bike, which was pretty much ready to go out of the box. Great job and thank you!
