Buying something for £1,700 online, unseen, and from a previously unknown source is a little bit nerve racking. But from the quick and personal acknowledgment that the order was received, the prompt dispatch, and even the ability to track the courier's van, I always felt confident that things were playing out right.
The day after receiving my bike, I called the shop with a technical question. There were real people there, and the phone was handed to a mechanic who talked me through the issue and all was resolved there and then.
