I had never used or spoken to anybody from Westbrook before I phoned Friday with regards to what size scott scale 610 bike I would need (small/medium) the help I received from the person on the phone was fantastic and even though I find the bike £30 cheaper on another site, due to the help I recieved made me use Westbrook for my order. Now just waiting for my bike :)
