Westbrook is not my local bike shop - I stumbled across them when looking for some new wheels. They were competitively priced, and when my LBS sold out of what I was after I contacted Westbrook. they were very helpful in answering my questions, did a really good price on the product, shipped the goods very promptly and generally gave great service.
I would highly reccomend for e-comm purchases.
