From placing my order all the information I was given was correct and the delivery was also on time (very rare these days). The bike is perfect and runs great and anyone thinking that the more expensive bikes don't do anything to improve you performance they are sadly wrong. My new Scott scale 10 which is more than half the weight of my cheaper bike has improved my riding times across the board. It is well worth the investment and yes I would HIGHLY recommend using WestBrook Cycles to anyone.
